Our first Around the World Luncheon, which will be a completely unique event. We guarantee this will be the most interesting luncheon you have attended in a long time!
When: Thursday, May 6th from 11:30 – 1:00 pm
Why: To raise funds for Imagination Celebration’s Programs for Fort Worth children. This event will also serve to educate and inspire a new generation of Imagination Celebration supporters. Imagination Celebration reaches out to ALL school age children in Fort Worth and provides the spark for them to become artists, scientists, inventors, dancers and above all, to express their creativity.
Cost: Individual tickets - $100. Limited seating - approx. 200 seats are available.
Around the World Itinerary:
* Enter to a serenade of Peruvian flutes by Wayana Inca and Alaskan Inuit throat singing. Shop at the Mexican Mercado featuring the works of Oaxacan rug weavers and candle makers. Be enchanted by tales told by a traditional African storyteller.
* Have a glass of champagne from the exotic mimosa bar (or other beverage) and be treated to an international tapas platter and dessert catered by Cafe Chadra.
* During your journey, you will learn about our Art of Exploration Program, which features extraordinary female explorers, our award-winning Debbie Allen Dance Institute, and our upcoming Grand Canyon Program - the first of it’s kind worldwide.
* Finish your journey by visiting with friends and our special guests and artists!
