Sid Richardson Museum
Imagination Celebration is excited about partnering with this outstanding museum in the heart of Sundance Square. Artists throughout the ages have been inspired by America’s land and its peoples. You will see compelling images by Charles Russell and Frederic Remington that brought knowledge of the West to eastern citizens during the late 19th/early 20th centuries. Students will learn about the tools and techniques artists use to create oil paintings, study the museum’s paintings depicting Native Americans, and create their own acrylic landscape painting!
