Bob Stewart & Company
Jazz Performance
Bob Stewart of Dallas is a professional jazz musician who sang and played percussion while attending Huston-Tillotson College in Austin, TX as a Music major. Mr. Stewart became a Radio Broadcaster in the late 60’s and has been associated with KNOK, KSAX, and KDLZ.

Mr. Stewart was the first President of the Fort Worth Jazz Society and has received many awards including: the Marian Anderson Award, The Golden 100 Award, Galaxy of Star Achievers, and the Award of Merit.

Bob Stewart & Company, professional musicians who are members of the Dallas-Fort Worth Musicians Local 72-147, have been entertaining fans for over 25 years and became one of the top groups in the Dallas-Fort Worth area playing for various affairs such as: An Evening with Helen Hays at Kimball Art Museum, Imagination Celebration, Caravan of Dreams, The Main Street Art Festivals, Denton Jazz Festival, as well as, playing with national artists, David Newman, James Clay, and Lou Rawls.

The basic group is a trio (additional instrumentalists and/or vocalists as needed) with an extensive repertoire that includes: Standards, Bossa- Latin, Ballads, and other types of music and features: Frank Hailey on Piano, Eric Zukoski on Bass, and Bob Stewart on Drums.
