For Art of Exploration Participation

Transportation to Events:
FWISD provides a limited number of buses for Imagination Celebration events each school year. When your school receives confirmation that you are scheduled to attend an event, you will be given the budget number and instructions for scheduling the trip. Schools will not be asked to pay for transportation as long as there is money in the budget. Because of rising gas prices, we hope supply will meet demand!









Study Guides:
All Imagination Celebration programs are connected to learning objectives in appropriate content areas. Study guides and background information will be mailed to each school prior to participation in an Imagination Celebration event.

How to Register:
• Determine which classes in your school would benefit from the program based on the suggested grade level and subject information.

• Determine the exact number of students and teachers who will participate in an event. Don't send extra students without calling first.

• Complete the inserted registration form and fax or mail to Imagination Celebration. Wait for confirmation before trying to order buses.

• If you have special needs students, please indicate appropriate information on the registration form.

Cancellations:
If you have an emergency or conflict and won't be able to attend the event for which you registered, contact the Imagination Celebration office as soon as possible so that other children can participate.
