Imagination Celebration is more than just another program in the Arts; it is a community for the spirit. A program that inspires young minds toward positive growth and plays an active role in their daily life - IC is a continuing force in support of the future. The program instills self worth and creative thinking skills that lay the foundation for higher education. Through uplifting artistic souls while providing a sheltered environment that protects and nurtures the free exchange of ideas, IC teaches how to communicate in an adult world. The program goes further still by acting as a catalyst for many disadvantaged young artists coping with the difficulties of their professional pursuits. It provides an opportunity for hands on exposure in the continually evolving world of Modern Art as well as guiding appreciation for our past and our present.

The Artist Apprenticeship Program (AAP) has meant a great deal to me. It has provided me with the opportunity to learn and evolve as an artist in the form of Classical studio lessons which cater to the needs of each individual. AAP has provided great support in my ongoing pursuits and has given me the understanding of the necessary skills needed in artistic life. By easing the transitional understanding from childhood to early adulthood, through glimpses of the mature artistic world, the program helps to bridge gaps. It established a sense of place while fostering community and goodwill.

IC is a haven that places value in its youth and encourages a strong work ethic. Taking only what the students are willing to give, yet returning what the students had never known was possible from themselves… true accomplishments. In short, Imagination Celebration helps to establish goals and fulfill dreams!
