Alice Bateman, Tom Vanderzyl, and Aurelia Vanderzyl Alice M. Bateman
Ms. Bateman was born in New York City in 1944. She studied painting in Mexico and London. She studied sculpture in New York from 1968-71. From 1971-78 she learned stone carving in Carrera, Italy, alongside many of the modern masters. During this time, her work was featured in exhibits in Milan and Paris. Ms. Bateman returned to the states and has lived in Fort Worth since 1979. Her works have been commissioned by the city of Santa Fe, Diamond Shamrock World Headquarters, and Bishop College. Additionally her work is in major private collections throughout Europe and the United States.

Chris Powell Chris Powell
Mr. Powell was born in Arkansas in 1957. He holds a BFA in ceramics from Abilene Christian University and an MFA in Ceramics from Bradley University. He is currently Studio Coordinator/Instructor at TCU, and has been a guest lecturer at universities and museums throughout Texas. Mr. Powel's work has won numerous awards, including Best of Show at the Texas Sculpture Association "Excellence "87" exhibit at the Dallas Museum of Art and First Place in the Art in the Metroplex Show at TCU. Locally, his work has been shown at the Arlington Museum of Art, The Contemporary Art Center of Fort Worth & in the juried Exhibition of Main Street Arts Festival.

Cameron Schoepp
Mr. Schoepp holds an MFA from TCU, and is currently Assistant Professor of Sculpture at the University of Dallas. His work has been featured in dozens of exhibitions including a One-man show at the Foster Goldstrom Gallery in New York. Mr. Schoepp has won numerous awards and has been the recipient of grants from Harvard and MIT among others. His work is included in the permanent collection of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, The Old Jail Museum of Albany, Texas and in many private collections. Additionally, he has been featured in many articles, books and catalogs, including The Harvard and Architecture Review, International Sculpture, and Art Gallery International.

Sandi Stein Sandi Stein
Ms. Stein was born in Dallas, Texas. She holds a BFA, cum laude from the University of Texas. She has studied in Mexico, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. She has been Artist in Residence at Gateway Gallery-the Dallas Museum of Art, and at the University of Texas, Tyler. Her work has been commissioned for Public projects in Dallas, Corpus Christi, Wichita Falls and Maui, Hawaii. Her art is also part of 20 major permanent collections, including those of Trammel Crow, Atlantic Richfield, Dallas Museum of Art, Southland Corporation, San Antonio Art Institute, Mercantile Bank, and has been featured in galleries in Dallas, Scottsdale, Houston, and Sedona.
