Synthetic Marble
Materials:
1 part vermiculite (from plant department)
sandpaper
1 part plaster of paris
modeling tools
water
cardboard box or small milk carton
container for mixing
Process:
1. mix vermiculite and plaster in mixing container
2. add water, stirring constantly until creamy
3. pour in box and harden
4. carve and model with knife, rasp, sandpaper, nail, or any tool
